Aurora AndersonInstructorAurora received her yoga teaching certificate at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2014. When she began practicing yoga, she thought it was just about flexibility and challenging poses, but quickly learned how wrong she was to think that. Yoga is NOT about being a bendy pretzel or doing elaborate poses. Yoga is the integration of mind, body, and breath to bring about a calm strength that your body craves. Yoga is meant for every human body, and the poses can be modified to fit your body's needs. Aurora creates classes to provide a respite to your day and uses modifications and props to accomplish a personalized experience for each of her students. She seeks to help people reach their goals, whatever they may be, and gain the confidence to set new ones to achieve.
