Annual Meeting Zoom Info- Saturday, Jan 23rd @ 1:00pm

Before the meeting:

• If you have not used Zoom before, go to zoom.us/test
• Check your video and audio. If it asks you to download the app, please do it and follow the install instructions. If you using a tablet or phone go to the app store to download the app for free.
• Make sure you have the link or meeting ID and password available.
• Click the link. Click “Open Zoom Meetings” to open the app installed above or click “Cancel” to stick with an internet session.
• The call will be open about ten minutes before the scheduled meeting start time.

During the Meeting:

• Please remain on MUTE until you wish to speak. Be sure to unmute when you do choose to speak or respond to a question. The process to unmute varies by type of machine (Windows, Mac, iPad, etc. but generally, If you have a keyboard, you can temporarily unmute by holding down the space bar.
• If two people in a house are going to be on, they should share a connection or go into different rooms, the echo will drive them nuts and may or may not be apparent to others on the session.
• People should make sure their names are meaningful. IPad(2) is not meaningful. You can change the name after joining.
