The ACBC Board of Directors are now aware that some Members have received empty envelopes when the envelopes should have contained:
For all Members: A Members Annual Meeting Notice which included statements from Board of Director candidates and explanation for two proposed Bylaw additions. In addition for Members in Good Standing: 1. A ballot 2. A white security envelope for ballot enclosure and confidentiality. 3. A blue postage paid return envelope for ballot return. This problem apparently occurred due to a failure in the adhesive on the 'peel & seal' on some of the envelopes used for this mailing. The Board requests Members who received an empty envelope to contact us via: board@acbc-whidbey.org so a replacement can be mailed immediately. Thank You, ACBC Board of Directors Comments are closed.
